Your Rights
You may modify the information you have provided to Graduwork at any time through any of your Graduwork accounts and digital profile. You have the right to verify and amend the information held by us where it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. You can do this by logging into your account, selecting ‘account settings’ and editing the information there. You can also delete your account at any time.
As prescribed within the prevailing data protection regulations, you have several rights connected to the provision of your personal data to Graduwork using our website and applications. These include your rights to request that we:

a. for legitimate and genuine business purposes to administer your account or to provide you the services you have requested from us (as laid out on our Site and in our Terms of Service) by signing up to any of our Graduwork platforms which includes;lms.graduwork.com, jobs.graduwork.com, and resume.graduwork.com completing our application process; or
b. for genuine business purposes that we have explained clearly to you and that you have consented to within this Privacy Policy; or
c. where we are legally required to do so; or
d. to provide you with information about other services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about; or
e. where you have signed a contract with us to process data in order to fulfil the requirement of the contract we have with you.
How long we retain your information
We will not hold your personal information for any longer than is required by any of those purposes, and once it is no longer required, then we will either permanently delete it or anonymise it to the extent that it is no longer personal information.

You provide us with this information in order to receive the Internship recruitment and employment opportunity matching services we provide, and to receive information about new opportunities we are working on that may be of interest to you. The information you give us may include your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address and phone number, postcode, academic results, curriculum vitae, citizenship, right to work or visa status, personal description and photographs, video interviews, personality and psychometric test answers and results, as well as your previous employment history. We use this information to assess your eligibility for the Internship opportunities, to match you to suitable opportunities and to communicate with you.
- When you post content (text, images, photographs, messages, comments or any other kind of content that is not your e-mail address) on our Site, the information contained in your posting will be stored on our servers and Graduwork employees and employers will be able to see it as part of your digital profile.
- If you provide us with your email address and / or phone number we may contact you by email, phone or SMS for these services. We may also use this information to send you content and recommendations based on your interests and on opportunities that may be of interest to you. You have the ability to amend and delete this information from your profile on this Site. We will inform you if we change the information we collect for these purposes or change the sub-processors we use as part of providing this service to you.

By signing up to this Service you agree to allow Graduwork to share your resume and contact details (email and phone number) with any potential employer for the purpose of providing a recruitment service and the Service to you. Information relating to Passport, National ID or Home Address will never be shared with Employers without your consent through the performance of a contract we have with you or where processing is required for compliance of a legal obligation to which we are subject.

Processors, sub-processors & suppliers we work with
We ensure we have a written contract in place with any third party processor we use to ensure that the processor only acts on our written instruction, that we are confident in the security of the data we have shared, and that we can perform audits and inspections to ensure that the data we share with them is secure and they are compliant with relevant data protection laws. These third party service providers are required not to use your Personal Data other than to provide the services requested by us.
